This Privacy Policy applies to the Alcohol Calculator mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed by MaxSaur (Buradchuk Maksym) (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service. This service is provided "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used? Health Data

The Application allows users to manually enter certain personal information related to alcohol consumption, including but not limited to body weight, biological sex, and details about alcoholic drinks consumed. Based on this information, the Application calculates an estimated Blood Alcohol Content (BAC).

This information may be considered health-related data.

All such data is processed locally on the user's device and is not stored, transmitted, or shared with the Service Provider or any third parties.

The Application does not collect, store, or share any health data on external servers.

This data is used solely to perform calculations within the Application and is never used for profiling, tracking, or advertising purposes.

All health-related data is provided voluntarily by the user.

User Provided Information

The Application does not require user registration and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number through in-app account creation.

Any information manually entered by the user for BAC estimation is processed only on the device and is not stored by the Service Provider.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may collect certain information automatically through third-party services used in the app, including but not limited to the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device identifiers, your IP address, your mobile operating system, and information about how you use the Application.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?

No. The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

The Application uses third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google Play Services, and Google Analytics for Firebase. These services may collect and process information such as device identifiers, IP address, app interactions, crash logs, and advertising identifiers in accordance with their own privacy policies in order to provide advertising, analytics, and improve the performance of the Application.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

Since health-related data entered into the Application is processed locally on the device and is not stored by the Service Provider, the Service Provider does not retain such data on external servers.

Automatically collected information obtained through third-party services may be retained in accordance with the privacy policies of those providers.

Any data entered by the user is stored only on the user's device and is retained until the user deletes it or uninstalls the Application.

Users can delete this data at any time by clearing the app data in their device settings or by uninstalling the Application.

The Application is not intended for use by children.
